THC-Infused Americano
The americano is a variant of the Milano-Torino cocktail served at Gaspar Campari’s bar in Milan, Italy. The original cocktail was equal parts sweet red vermouth and Campari’s signature bitters. It’s said that in order to make the drink more enjoyable for the American palate, club soda was added and the Americano was born.
We changed the proportions a little from the original, the Campari is a very strong flavor for those not accustomed to bitterness in their drinks. We put half the Campari and a bit more club soda to help balance the drink, as well as leave room for the THC.
Enjoy this aperitif with acidic foods like pickles, olives and pizza. It will stimulate your appetite.
Ingredients
2 oz Sweet Red Vermouth (we like Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino)
1 oz Campari Bitters
TRU Infusion Clarity Tincture
3 oz Club Soda
Lemon wedge & peel
Instructions
In a lowball glass, mix together vermouth, Campari and your dose of TRU Infusion Tincture
Add a squeeze of lemon
Add ice up to the rim of the glass
Top off with club soda
Toss a lemon twist on top and enjoy!
