Snoop Dogg encourages residents from 5 states to 'end cannabis prohibition'

Snoop Dogg, an American musician, is urging people in at least five states to "remove cannabis prohibition."

Arkansas, Maryland, Missouri, North Dakota, and South Dakota are among the states.

On Tuesday, the 51-year-old rapper said on Instagram, "F.y.i Do what you got 2 do n vote."
