Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach (rich in magnesium and B vitamins)

  • 1 banana (good source of magnesium and B vitamins)

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (rich in antioxidants and B vitamins)

  • 1/2 avocado (provides omega-3 fatty acids and magnesium)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids and magnesium)

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal (rich in omega-3 fatty acids)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (contains B vitamins and protein)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any preferred milk alternative, some contain added B vitamins)

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (provides healthy fats and magnesium)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)


Instructions:

  1. Wash the spinach and blueberries. Peel the banana and avocado.

  2. Add the spinach, banana, blueberries, avocado, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and almond butter to a blender.

  3. Add honey or maple syrup as desired.

  4. Blend all ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency.

  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and nutrient retention.
